1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DesertWave Technology Solutions' services, you agree to these terms. Services are available only to Arizona residents and businesses.

2. Service Description

We provide IT services including:

• Network setup and maintenance
• Web design and development
• Technical support
• Smart home installations

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate service location information
• Allow necessary access for service provision
• Maintain proper insurance coverage
• Pay invoices within 30 days

4. Payment Terms

All services require payment in USD. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• ACH Transfers
• Local checks (Arizona banks only)

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Termination fees may apply for active service contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for:

• Third-party service interruptions
• Pre-existing hardware/software issues
• Client-modified configurations
